Pathfinders Strategic Planning Update
June 27, 2025
At our June 27 meeting, the Pathfinders team continued our work of renewal by evaluating how parish ministries reflect Redemptorist values and support our mission. We’re also creating a planning tool to help us identify our parish’s strengths, challenges, and areas for growth, especially as we look ahead. We recognized the need for deeper cultural connection, more meaningful opportunities for children and families, and new ways to invite and support volunteers.
Overall, we see the importance of telling the stories of ministry, how they impact lives and build community. Our next meeting is August 6 as we continue to shape our path forward.

En nuestra reunión del 27 de junio, el equipo de Conquistadores continuó nuestro trabajo de renovación evaluando cómo los ministerios parroquiales reflejan los valores redentoristas y apoyan nuestra misión. También estamos creando una herramienta de planificación para ayudarnos a identificar las fortalezas, los desafíos y las áreas de crecimiento de nuestra parroquia, especialmente mientras vemos hacia el futuro. This new position will help foster meaningful relationships, spiritual growth, and a deeper sense of belonging in our parish community.
